SurveyMonkey Apply offers cloud-based software in order to rate brands, markets, products, employees, customer service among other experiences. You can easily create an online survey and have all the information that this same survey recollects.

Survey Monkey
I have used SurveyMonkey during training as a way for our presenter to gauge our opinions on a particular subject. For example, one survey might ask how many people think this is a good idea or is this a better idea? I have also used SurveyMonkey as a part of testing new software for our school. For instance, if we are testing a new student dismissal software and the IT department wants to know if we like the software or not they may employ a survey to gauge our interest level.

- You can also score surveys to estimate their level of success
- Survey monkey employs pre-made templates to suit your every need or you can create your own.
- I think that maybe lower the prices for educational institutions
- I would also like to see even more templates

Highly Recommended Platform- SurveyMoney Apply!
I have used SurveyMonkey Apply in for application tracking. Using this software is awesome because it is such a time saver with its automation and customization. With a high volume of applications, you are able to manage it at a much easier level. It was recommended by a former colleague, and I am so grateful for that.

- Customization in General.
- You need to watch a few tutorial videos to really understand the software before using it.
- Creating your own reports takes time.
- Customization can take time as well.

SurveyMonkey Apply was just what we needed.
SurveyMonkey Apply is being used to administer financial assistance grants to qualifying veterans of the US Military. It is primarily used by the Veterans' Assistance Program, but other departments in the organization utilize it as well. It addresses several items: creates a real time, easily accessible application process for veterans in need, provides easy access for reviewers, and captures data needed for future grant writing, state legislatures, and other reporting all while keeping it secure.

- An average administration may not have the technical capabilities to adapt and shape it for themselves. While SurveyMonkey Apply has an option for tech support for a price, it is not something always easy for the admin.
- There is no way to cross reference users by Social Security Number or other identifier. In other words, a single applicant with multiple email addresses could potentially apply and receive benefits as the users are tied to email address not email address and SSN.

SurveyMonkey Apply is great!
We use SurveyMonkey Apply to review applications for our startup accelerator. The SurveyMonkey Apply platform has expanded on our ability to do several things: streamline the data analysis from applications on the backend, manage external reviewers from one central platform, and communicate with applicants from the site. With the program templates being so easy to manage, we only had to go through the setup process once and now we can use it seamlessly from year to year.
- Makes data analysis relatively simple through Excel spreadsheet exports
- Collects review data from external reviewers in a straightforward way
- Email automations to applicants make communication much simpler
- Needs a central display page for all automations
- Previews for email automations to make testing easier
- Making it easier to put a test application through the various application stages

We use SurveyMonkey Apply on our programs team in order to host our applications for financial assistance. The program makes it possible for us to track all of our applicants and collect data and demographics to have a better understanding of the community in which we serve. We are also able to use the program to pull reports to analyze our current applications, and use that information to make improvements moving forward.
- SurveyMonkey Apply has the best customer service I've ever experienced in a company. They are easily accessible, super helpful and friendly, and they will work until they are able to find a solution.
- The platform for building an application on SurveyMonkey Apply is simple for the user. It's set up with such a clean format that is appealing to the eye and incredibly user-friendly.
- The application system also has a lot of flexibility, making it easy to customize your applications as needed.
- The only struggle we've experienced with SMA is the ease in incorporating other language formats for our applications. Being able to offer our application in other languages not only comes with an extra price, but the work needed to build the application in that language can be incredibly time consuming.
